For me, wearing sunglases is more retro the style, and more happier than anything. I like glasses that are girly and flirty, and I love it when that look is mixed with classic fashion.
Kate Spade makes an amazing attempt with their Angeliqs Cat Eye Sunglasses, which are almost identical to the cat eye glasses that were all the rage in the 1960s, and they are just gorgeous.

As with many brands of sunglasses you will have to consider the size and shape of your face because these won’t suit everyone. After all, it’s rare to find a hat that suits everyone! What can I say, it’s a fashion thing!
These Don’t Have 9 Lives
No, these sunglasses don’t come with 9 lives, but then you wouldn’t expect them to. The designer doesn’t advertise them as “heavy duty”, so don’t expect them to survive if you sit on them! However, the designer has thought about this, and I welcome the fact you get a case with them. Not only that, the case is just as stunning as the glasses themselves! Well worth the money in my opinion.
Landing On Their Feet
Sure, there may be issues some have noted about durability and the way they fit certain sized faces, but as I have discovered it’s very hard to find a “one size fits all” pair of sunglasses. Personally, I think these are just great if you want to finish off that special outfit and know you’re going to need protection from the sun.
